Willard Community Center hires child care and teen staff as needed to meet the child care licensing ratios, and to give children a well supervised and fun environment. We expect our staff to have experience in working with children and must pass a Central Registry Check through the Department of Health and Human Services. Staff are CPR and First Aid Certified and are required to complete in-service hours.
