Volunteer Application

Please click on volunteer application in the red lettering to download the application and fill it out. When your application is completed you can either email, fax, mail, or hand deliver the application to the Center. To email just send it to willardcenter@windstream.net. To fax just dial 402-438-0574. You can also mail to Willard Community Center, 1245 Folsom Street, Lincoln,NE 68522. Or to hand deliver just bring it to the Center at the corner of West B and Folsom Streets.
